As ProVision Readiness & Implementation Manager you will work with the ProVision Program Director and team in the implementation roadmap development, readiness assessments, stakeholder management, monitoring, tracking, change management and measurement of the execution of ProVision global enterprise-wide implementations of business process transformation and technology enablement. You will work to ensure National Offices readiness metrics are kept and current, NO’s meet readiness thresholds to be ready for implementations and the implementation roadmap is designed, maintained, communicated and kept to schedule in conjunction with the ProVision Program Director.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a major in business, accounting, finance, supply chain or related field.
- 7+ years of practical global supply chain, procurement, finance and/or accounting experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading major business process change initiatives for finance transformation functions or in a similar environment including source to pay processes and in managing both operational and professional functions.
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing large scale global projects leading process improvement.
- Experienced in best known methods of change management that lead to effective business transformation.
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, which may be more than 30%.
