Philippines: Regional Audit Director, South Asia and Pacific

As Regional Audit Director, South Asia and Pacific, you will lead and direct the implementation of World Vision South Asia and Pacific’s risk management, governance and internal controls and provide reasonable assurance to key stakeholders regarding the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate risk that threatens the organization’s ability to implement its strategy and achieves its objectives, including compliance with government and donors’ requirements.

Requirements include:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA), Relevant External Audit Big4 experience, English – Advanced.
• Minimum of 7 years working in audit (external or internal) with three or more years experience managing multi-cultural staff, preferably in a global organization.
• Fluent in English and solid written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in languages such as French, German, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Traveling up to 40% of the time to international locations.
