UNICEF Moldova is looking for an individual consultant for assessment, review and alignment of the legal framework regulating guardianship, trusteeship, legal representation and legal responsibility with international standards
Objective: The objectives of this consultancy are to conduct a review of laws and regulations related to guardianship, trusteeship, legal representation and legal responsibility in the Republic of Moldova, and to produce a comprehensive package of legal and regulatory amendments to be operated by the Government.
