Support the completion of recruitment activities for fixed terms ,temporary appointment and consultancies positions including advertising ,screening shortlisting; Support proper filing of all related documentation both in manual and electronic folders; Support the office's administrative and technical needs for professional officers general service ,Temporary Appointments and Consultants by implementing and administering effective recruitment procedures; Timely analysis of every recruitment and maintain the tracking matrix of HR. Liaison with hiring mangers on the staffing needs as directed by the supervisor; Provide support in other HR functions as requested, University degree in either Business administration, Human Resources, international relations, psychology or related field. Two years' experience in a relevant field with at least one year of relevant professional experience in recruitment. Good report writing skills , Fluency in oral and written English language is a requirement. Background/familiarity with Emergency is an added advantage.
