As Faith, Strategy, Programming and Impact Advisor, you will facilitate and advise on the integration of Faith and Development across the Partnership office/sectors in and through World Vision’s strategies, programming, Design, Monitoring and Evaluation processes, grant acquisition and research. You will advise on the development, support and roll-out of metrics capturing the impact of Word Vision’s Faith and Development actors, including metrics developed surrounding Child-Well-Being-Aspirations and goals. You will work with technical and IT teams to develop tools and processes that gather data regarding the impact and influence of Faith & Development internally with World Vision, and externally with key stakeholders and partners.
Requirements include:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent 5-10 years work experience in one of the following: organisational development, international development, business administration or related field.
· 5- 7 years on designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of field programmes.
· 5- 7 years effective development, use, revision and analysis of operational metrics to measure programme effectiveness for that which has happened in programmes.
· 5-7 years of experience working with data and research based tasks.
· 5-7 years of experience working cross-culturally/internationally.
- Proven ability to network, collaborate and communicate clearly, concisely, diplomatically and persuasively with people in various positions and levels of a large organisation and contexts (i.e. various church denominations, faith traditions, and other cultures).
- Fluent in written and spoken business and academic English.
· This position will travel up to 35% of the work time per year.
